Our purpose is simple: to help clients optimise the performance of people, process and technology by delivering effective and sustainable change and improvement. We believe in delivering change with/for clients, not “to-them”. Whilst clients own the change outcome, we own delivering of the change.
 

As consultants our primary focus is to understand, deliver and depart, whilst helping teams to become more self-sufficient and resilient.

  • Building the new- Start-ups and consortia – desirability, feasibility and viability testing of not only the solution, but the team and its approach. Supporting Proof of Concept, Minimum Viable Product, business case, funding, shareholder relations, partner building and coaching the leadership teams – providing objectivity, accountability and an outside-in view. Start-ups have not only survived but have delivered solutions and secured further funding


  • Team and individual coaching and performance improvement – increasing capabilities, productivity and resilience using a range of measures to gain attention and ownership of the current and future state with execution and coaching support that builds competencies, confidence and commitment to change. Individuals, Leaders and Teams report not only an increased performance but have demonstrated an ability for future change.


The focus in on the specific client needs, recognising that every client has its own goals and challenges, helping design and deliver solutions that meet needs and increase future capabilities for change.

Founder

Mark’s primary focus is to be the “oil and glue” in helping clients to optimise people/teams, process and technology performance through effective change and transformation. He enables clients to deliver the change and grow be that personally and/or their teams. build capabilities, confidence and commitment for improved performance, self-sufficiency and resilience – all delivered with care

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial services as a practitioner and consultant in a range of leadership roles in strategic, operational, technology, consultancy, sales and marketing positions he brings a combination of industry domain experiences and transformation expertise.


He has supported a broad range of clients including start-ups, national and global businesses on a range of projects including formation, acquisitions and disposals, offshoring, process and technology transformation, operating model implementation and cultural change.

He provides organisation and leadership coaching and resilience building. He is an NLP, mBIT, Firstbeat certified coach and is often called on to write for publications, speak at events and record podcasts - most recently the Leadership 2020 series. “The podcast for leaders in a changing world”
